As a founding partner of Liberty One Private Risk, Jacky is responsible for designing and implementing customized insurance solutions for clients. His expertise extends to incorporating long- term care, disability, and life insurance to protect against future uncertainties. He prides himself on the strong relationships he builds with his clients and is passionate about delivering excellent service. Prior to co-founding Liberty One Private Risk, Jacky was a wealth advisor at Merrill Lynch for 6 years.
Jacky has helped his clients work toward their financial goals since 2012.

Jacky is a first generation born to Haitian immigrants in South Florida. He relocated to Philadelphia in 2014, and instantly fell in love with the city. Jacky is an advocate for mentoring and community involvement. He is a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters and serves as Chair on its Philadelphia Regional Advisory Board. He also serves on the Board for Crescent Foundation, a non-profit that provides support for individuals living with Sickle-Cell Disease and their families.

In his free time, Jacky enjoys cooking, exercising, and spending time with his family. Jacky lives in Brewerytown with his wife, Ashley, and son, Quinn.

Jacky is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds both the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designations.

Guilian DiLeonardo, CFP®

Managing Director

As a founding partner of Liberty One Private Risk, Guilian takes a proactive approach around risk mitigation strategies to provide financial peace of mind for the families and businesses that he serves. Prior to co-founding Liberty One Private Risk, Guilian earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and spent five years as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch. In addition to building relationships with many new clients and members of their families, Guilian helps develop integrated financial strategies that allow clients to enjoy enduring financial benefits – the kind that can preserve family wealth and values from one generation to the next. Guilian is a graduate of Philadelphia’s St. Joseph’s Preparatory School and the University of Miami, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Guilian makes his home in South Philadelphia with his wife Angela and enjoys spending time with his family in Longport, New Jersey.

Jacky is a University of Florida graduate and was awarded the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.

Serge Petit-Homme

Health and Medical Director

As Health and Medical Director at Liberty One Private Risk, Serge brings over 13 years of experience in the health insurance industry helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate the complexities of healthcare coverage. He specializes in Health, Medicare, Dental, Vision, and Ancillary coverage options to create the optimal plans that will best serve families.

Serge earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Florida Atlantic University in 2007. He then went on to obtain his Life, Health, and Annuity license, launching a career dedicated to helping clients navigate the often nuanced world of healthcare. By fostering strong relationships and truly understanding his clients’ needs, Serge tailors personalized plans that strike the perfect balance between healthcare priorities and budget. His commitment to excellence has earned him the distinction of being the top-ranked active agent in the South Florida marketplace.

With lifelong familiarity with navigating health challenges himself, Serge brings a unique perspective to supporting clients at every stage of their healthcare journey. A devoted father of three and a committed husband for 19 years, Serge remains steadfast in his dedication to his family and his mission to guide others with care and expertise.

What to Expect on your Consultation Call Fan is a Founding Partner at Liberty One Wealth Advisors, bringing a wealth of experience in financial analysis and behavioral finance to her clients. Her mission is to guide clients through the ever-changing financial landscape while crafting personalized investment strategies that empower them to achieve their financial objectives. Holding the prestigious CFP® designation, Fan is dedicated to helping clients meet both their current and multi-generational wealth goals. A proud graduate of Drexel University and a fluent Mandarin speaker, Fan’s international background equips her to serve clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Notably, Fan also serves on the Board of Governance of the Drexel Alumni Board, further showcasing her commitment to her alma mater.

Before co-founding Liberty One Wealth Advisors, Fan honed her skills at Merrill Lynch, where she earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. During her time there, she worked closely with corporate executives, business owners, and families. Outside the world of finance, Fan resides in South Philadelphia with her husband, George, and their lovable dogs, Mochi and Sesame. When she’s not busy planning for your financial future, she can be found boxing, biking, reading or experiencing the flavors of Philadelphia.
